At Top-Motorhome, we want you to feel completely secure with your decision. Because we operate under German and European consumer protection laws, you are fully covered by a statutory right to cancel your contract.

Please read below to understand how the return and withdrawal process works for our vehicles and machinery.

1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a product as a consumer (for personal use, not for a business), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The 14-Day Period: The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the vehicle or machinery at our logistics hub.

3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the specific purchase.

• Timeline: We will process your refund without undue delay. This will happen no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

• Refund Method: We will issue the refund using the same secure bank transfer method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

• Retention: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the vehicle back at our hub, or until you provide verified proof that you have sent it back—whichever comes first.

4. Returning the Vehicle (Logistics & Costs)

Because our products are heavy machinery and large vehicles (motorhomes), standard postal shipping is not possible.

• Return Location: The physical return of the vehicle must be coordinated and delivered directly to our official logistics hub.

• Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the vehicle. Because these are large motorhomes or machines, the cost will depend on your location and the specialized transport company you choose.

• Condition of the Vehicle: You are only liable for any diminished value of the vehicle resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning (similar to a standard test drive).

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Contracts with business clients, companies, or commercial traders (B2B transactions).

• Vehicles or machinery that have been custom-built, modified, or personalized according to specific, individual client instructions.
