Lower Price Guarantee

At Top-Motorhome, your trust is our top priority. We want you to feel completely confident that you are getting the absolute best deal on your next adventure. Because we specialize in pre-owned leisure vehicles, we know how important fair pricing is. That is why we offer our “Lower Price Guarantee.” If you find the exact same used motorhome or caravan cheaper elsewhere, we will match that price!

How It Works

The process is very straightforward. If you spot an identical vehicle at a lower price before making your purchase, just follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Copy the link (URL) of the active advertisement or bring us the official quote from the other dealership.

• Step 2: Share these details with our customer service team via email or during your visit.

• Step 3: Our team will review the vehicle details within 24 hours. Once verified, we will match the lower price on the spot.

What Is Included

To ensure a fair comparison for used motorhomes and caravans, the vehicle found at the competitor must meet the following criteria:

• Identical Specifications: It must be the exact same make, model, layout, and production year.

• Matching Condition: The vehicle must be in a highly comparable condition regarding mileage, overall wear, and history.

• Equivalent Equipment: It must include the same major accessories and factory options (such as solar panels, awnings, air conditioning, or motor power).

• Valid EU Dealer: The offer must come from an official, licensed dealership operating within the European Union, and the vehicle must be legally registered and immediately available for sale.

What Is Excluded

Because the market for pre-owned vehicles is highly unique, we cannot apply the guarantee in the following specific cases:

• Vehicles sold by private individuals, or through online auction platforms (such as eBay).

• Vehicles with undisclosed damage, major mechanical issues, or those sold as “scrap/for parts.”

• Forced liquidations, bank repossessions, or clearance sales from dealerships closing down.

• Obvious typing mistakes or display errors regarding the price on the competitor’s website.
